Note:
Payment has to be made as per above schedule. Delay in payment each week, will lead to additional costs Rs. 7500 per person for accommodation & land package, And for Flight additional cost will be advised separately.
If full payment is not received 15 days before departure, the package will be automatically cancelled. Cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy.

Any kind of refund process takes 8 – 10 weeks from the date of cancellation.
Rosy World reserves the right to alter, reroute, reschedule, or modify any part of the tour for smooth operations.
Tour timings may be adjusted based on weather conditions, traffic situations, flight delays or schedule changes, permit regulations, and local operational requirements.
Sightseeing, transfers, or activities may be changed due to weather conditions, landslides, road closures, flight delays/cancellations, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
No refund will be provided for services missed due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.
Guests must report on time for transfers, sightseeing tours, permit formalities, and hotel check-ins. Hotel check-in/check-out timings shall be as per the respective hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Rooms are subject to availability, and early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed.
Rosy World shall not be responsible for missed services due to late arrivals, personal delays, or failure to follow tour instructions.
Any additional expenses arising from itinerary changes, transportation rescheduling, or alternate arrangements shall be borne by the guest.
Flights, hotels, meals, and transportation services are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
Entry fees for monuments, museums, monasteries, and sightseeing attractions are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Guests must carry valid Passport or Voter ID and any other documents required for Bhutan travel permits.
Rosy World acts only as a facilitator and shall not be held responsible for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers.
All itineraries are indicative in nature and may be subject to change due to operational feasibility, weather conditions, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
