Note:
Payment has to be made as per above schedule. Delay in payment each week, will lead to additional costs Rs. 7500 per person for accommodation & land package, And for Flight additional cost will be advised separately.
If full payment is not received 15 days before departure, the package will be automatically cancelled. Cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy.

Any kind of refund process takes 7 – 8 weeks from the date of cancellation.
In the event of a coach breakdown or unfavorable climatic conditions that prevent the scheduled activity from taking place. There will be no refund of any kind.
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour shall be borne by the guest only.
However, we value the satisfaction of our guests, and we will make every effort to accommodate the missed activity on the next available day, depending on time availability and logistical feasibility.
The above itinerary is just indicative, do not consider it as a final Schedule. The date and time of the tour can be changed by Saphar Travels.
The itinerary can be changed/swapped/rerouted/curtailed to see that the ticket tour component is not missed & to meet tour operational challenges in the larger interest in the event of any exigency.
Flights are Non-Refundable after booked, any increase in flight fare will charge additionally as a fare difference charges.
